this is what to expect - besides Total Enjoyment!
First
Thank you for signing up for Twelvefridays kit club! We are so glad you signed up for our kits and we look forward to getting to know you better. You created a username and password during sign up that you need to save as that allows you to access your kit status and skip if you should choose to do on any given month. Please contact us immediately at
member@twelvefridays.com, or contact us at our toll free line at
(866) 663-2869, if you have any changes to your info that needs to be updated. Your membership will begin with the current month's kit, unless they are no longer available due to us selling out. If this happens your membership will begin with the next available kit where we will guarantee you to receive the kit or it will be on us.
Second
How long is my TwelveFridays Membership Valid For? By no means do we want to make you feel like you have to commit to a certain time frame with us, we feel that our unique style and our exclusive papers will encourage you to join. Your Membership is valid for as long as you choose to be part of our club, You will need to login in to your account or notify us on our toll free line at
(866) 663-2869 before the 10th of the month prior to the month you would like to cancel (example: if you want to cancel your membership starting with March’s kit you must do so by Feb 10th) if done after this date the cancellation will start the following month.(example: if you cancel on Feb 20th it is not effective until the April kit as you missed the deadline). You
must receive a confirmation number given to you during canceling for it to be valid.
Third
When will my kit ship and when should I expect to be billed for my TwelveFridays membership each month? Enrolled Members Kits will ship from our warehouse no later than the 15th of the Month. Your billing date will be the 10th of each month. If you join after the 10th of the month and if the current kit is available you will be billed at this time and the kit will ship within 3 business days, starting with the following months kit you will be on the regular billing schedule of the 10th of each month . If you join the club and there is no current kit available this will put you on the list for the next available kit, please keep in mind due to our exclusivity and limited print runs it could be possible that it will take two kit cycles for you to be added but we will do our best to prevent this from happening. We are sorry but no kits will be shipped without payment being verified first.
Fourth
How can I pay for my membership…..Sorry we don’t except kids or husbands as we already have our own… TwelveFridays will gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Of course you can always pay for your complete membership term in advance; if you choose to do this you will receive a few extra goodies every month to say thanks!:)
Fifth
How will you handle those must have add-ons and other items available at TwelveFridays? Occasionally we will have add on items or special project kits available that you may like to add to your kit that month, to do this you will need to log into your account and add these items on or before the 8th of the month to ensure you are billed properly on the 10th of the month and to prevent you from accruing additional shipping charges. Each month you will recieve a statement with what you will be billed for on the day it is billed via email on your account, this will show all activity on your account. If you notice a problem please contact us right away so we can correct it before your box leaves on the 15th. This is why we leave a 5 day window in between billing and shipping.
Sixth
What if I need a break from a monthly TwelveFridays Kit? We realize that you may just need a break for whatever reason, so we will allow skipping and this is how it will be handled: In order to skip, you need to make sure to log into your account and activate the skip button by the 15th of the month prior to the month skipping (example:. If you want skip March kit you need to contact us on or before Feb. 15th.)
Seventh
Oh No … What Happened? Sometimes things happen that are totally out of our control, if for some reason this happens please contact us right away and we will tell you what needs to be done to make things right again. Don’t worry there will be no fees for you to worry about.
Eighth
So I am Far Far Away…..? We do ship Internationally and how we do this is to charge the actual shipping rate plus the insurance fee. This is very important to add as international packages sometimes can take a wrong turn … So how we handle this is your account will be billed each month for the membership fee and all add-ons and then after we personal post your box we will then charge your account the charge we just spent at the post office to mail your package, this will ensure you are only charged actual postage. Also please note that there can be no refunds on any international package until a full 60 days has passed as this is a standard thru the US post office insurance company.
